Our die-casting foundry has eight hydraulic-mold casting machines, which are used for preparing castings with the maximum overall dimension of 700x700x250mm and the maximum gross weight of 55 kg. Cores which are designed for those casts are made either manually or using the hot-box method on core shooters. Heating and heat treatment of the liquid metal at die-casting workstations takes place in a PET 50/601 electrical crucible furnace with a maximum capacity of 300 kg of aluminum alloy.
